Conquistador PBEM Turn Sequence Each player completes one phase, and then passes the turn onto the next player. Once all players have completed that phase, the first player to start, begins the next phase. COUNCIL PHASE 1) Random Events and Initiative Determination Segment 2) Planning Segment INITIAL NAVAL PHASE 3) First Transoceanic Segment 4) Hemispheric Movement & Attrition Segment There is a possibility that play will stop. If there is any naval combat during the Hemispheric Movement portion of this segment, and a player who is not currently playing his turn initiates that combat, attrition will have to wait until the non-playing player has completed any combat. LAND PHASE 5) Gold, Land Movement Combat Segment 6) Native Combat/Uprising, Attrition and Resource Segment *If the current nation player conducting actions fails to eliminate all of the natives in an area that also has soldiers present from another nation player, play may stop (depending on the initiative order) so that that second nation has an opportunity to perform native combat. This would happen before the initial nation player has rolled for Native Uprising.
