Pick 4 of the 14 cases: Banker Phone call 3
Pick 3 of the 10 cases: Banker Phone call 4
Pick 2 of the 7 cases: Banker Phone call 5
Pick 1 of the 5 cases: Banker Phone call 6
etc...

My offers will be based on this formula:

Each round the % of statistical value offered increased. Based on a test sample of 11 trials, using the web game version, the average offer amount for each round was:
1. 21.7% of expected value
2. 28.1%
3. 36.3%
4. 45.2%
5. 54.6%
6. 74.4%
7. 87.6%
8. 115.5%
9. 82.9%

I will know everything but it will not effect my decision. Once I set the cases, they will stay that way.

New Rule, to stop any one who goes idle for too long that it stops the flow of the game if you go 3 days with no word after Frosty or I makes you a deal or post to continue the game you will be defaulted to take the deal. This means you should stay fairly active during this. Now you could put a post in and say "i'm still thinking about it, or I'm going out of town and will be back in 4 or 5 days..." and still be okay. But I would suggest that if you go out of town or cant make it on the internet for an extended amount of time to please let us know or just take the deal so we can start another round...

Okay you knocked out 2 top amounts, but thats okay because I'm sure you dont want those numbers. There is also good news that you kept the other 3 cases to small amounts. I say this is a good start, or maybe its not if you really wanted $10.

Wow thats a huge first offer, as first offers in my game are always huge. That first offer is nearly 1/2 of the offer that AS took in game one. It could be the best one you'll get, or you might be the one to break Frostys piggy bank and walk out of here with a million.
