Lex Wins

Maps are slowing down. Looked through a ton of maps from walker, hellraider, etc, and I'm not going to retread unnecessary ground if I can avoid it. Hopefully, each of my new maps will bring something new to the table. On Lex Wins, 4 towers is still a fairly unusual and untested type of map, at least from what I saw, so I don't think 1 more to add to that small group of maps would hurt at all. On /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\, I've always found the terrain of Nightmares Echo In My Head to be fascinating, so there's tiny bits and pieces of that in there, combined with me just generally trying to make less forested maps in general.
My question on Lex Wins is whether the weak base towers should be moved to a more safe location or not. I could easily switch them for the island cities if they're problematic, but then the weak base capture phase is not as strong in the first few turns.
Added Black Boats to strengthen weak base early options. Weak tower can be artillery locked by all COs in Broken Tier now from 3 tiles from weak base. I think it's a fairly effective solution, and it makes the weak towers much easier to defend.
HQs on Lex Wins switched for labs, funds adjusted accordingly, to avoid possible HQ rush.
