Kicking People

I think that there should be an option to kick someone if the game hasn't started yet.

I was in like 4 games and it was always just 1 person holding up the game for days at a time (He was still in "set up" mode). I think that if there was a kicking option games would go alot faster and smoother.

2) I think the game creator has the option to kick people, but that might be AWBW only.
