Why can't you give us the countries we want on a first come first served bases? If this is the type hosting we can count on I don't want to play.

How are you deciding who gets the nuclear arsenal? Do the DORC members know each other? When do they get to use the nukes? Are there phases to do so, making it a different kind of mafia?
