General rules/information
Once a game is created, please post it in the topic and pm your opponent with the game name and password.
Once you have received details of your games, please join them as soon as possible so that the tournament does not stall.
The Final Match
Everyone can lose one game and not be eliminated. As such, the final game between the winner of the top bracket vs the winner of the bottom bracket will be a 2-game match, with the bottom bracket player needing to win both games to become the overall winner.
Vacations are fine! It's summer and most of us will be doing stuff in real life (gasp!). As long as you are able to take your turns with reasonable frequency when you're available (and as long as you won't be constantly on vacation for months) then there's no problem. Heck, i'll be on vacation a bit as well
Boot/AET clarification: A boot/aet limit is only enforced at a negative figure, i.e. -1 or less. A boot/aet of 0 may still be played on.
The AWBW Grand Tournament is a highly competitive tournament. However, at the end of the day it is just a game! So please don't flame or go out of your way to ruin the enjoyment for others. Such behaviour will result in disqualification.
