random Attack counter like if a non ally tank battles a tank of yours
it make it random and makes it so its like you Attacking first

cop if in a unit non ally steps near his unit they take 2hp

atk+20 def+20

scop fog blast fog gos away on his turn and all non ally units take 2 hp

20+ atk def+ 40

The custom CO is too weak due to the day-to-day effects. You may want to simplify what the day-to-day does as well as adjust the ATK/DEF parameter by -10/+10. Powers are odd in the fact that there are extra effects slapped to it. This custom CO feels like it is trying to cover all grounds at once and failing at it.
