Just to give a little more detail, we're moving AWBW to a new server. Most everything is moved at this point and in place, we're just waiting on a DNS update to switch the awbw.amarriner.com URL to the new IP. Once that happens you'll be hitting the new server and I'll turn everything on again.

Hopefully the new server will show a marked performance improvement. Bit of a different architecture, but beefier specs so keep your fingers crossed...

Well let me be the first to give you a big thank you! Faster, less buggy AWBW would be amazing, so hopefully everything works out as planned.

I expect that these things are not cheap though. You can expect a nice donation to be coming from me soon. Thanks again! =D

We're up and running now.

Few things left to be done (wiki for one), but almost everything should be operational :)

Well eventually we'll be paying roughly what we were paying before so it's not too bad. Just hoping the server keeps up with the load as people start hitting it more.

As Glen said, we're pretty much back to normal aside from a few things. We'll be getting to those as soon as possible.

i posted this in bug forum but may be better here

[quote]unfortunately looks like the guides and wiki and faq s havent been copied over yet. Any news on that ? there was plenty of good material in the guides , great for beginners and detailed reference on COs .. more detailed than the charts. Hope they re not lost.[/quote]

(for some reason BBCode is off for me in this forum?.. any idea how to turn it on ?)

I don't actually have anything relevant to say, I just had the last post in the other 3 forums in the general section and thought I'd make it all 4.
