FEBW stickied or seperate forum.

From time to time people come to forums with questions about how to play febw or why a certain aspect of it isnt working, and usually they dont see previous febw topics (unfortunately) and their new topic doesnt mention febw in the title, so everyone ends up opening it for no purpose whatsoever (unfortunately).

Really, we perhaps could do with either..... a seperate FEBW forum , theres just so little overlap with AWBW ( even if FEBW was running well)....or.... If not worth a forum, then lets have a stickied topic in AWBW chat entitled FEBW... where we can post current status of FEBW and provide links to previous FEBW stuff, so that visitors can see directly whats up with FEBW (basically little) and this will be helpful all round.

(while doing that, an admin could shift the remaining old tournament topics to the tournament forum)
