The round 4 map will be:

The weather will be rainy, and the bans will be CHGSK + Drake.

The combination of rainy weather and sea units makes him really overpowered, which is why I banned him. But if others agree that he's not that overpowered, I don't mind allowing him.

I actually thought of banning Sami, Kindle, Von Bolt, Javier and Sasha as well.

You forgot Sturm (he can try to slow the ennemy's capture, even if it costs him an infantery, and he's insensitive to rain).
The point is that none of these guys is really uber compared to the other ones, and I want some of the games to be played with the high tier COs.
High tier COs have to be banned when everyone will pick one or two of them, but here all these COs are decent choices. I was just worried that Drake might be a bit more powerful than the overpowered bunch with permanent rain on.
