I observed such mysterious CO gauge drops in some tags games of mine as well. It's just one of the endless bugs which are affecting tag games. Tag games just don't work properly.
If you know the enemy and know yourself you need not fear the results of a hundred battles.

EF-2000 Typhoon, your game has progressed a bit. Has the COP issue come up again? I see it's currently your turn, you have Kanbei out on a SCOP, and your Colin is in COP range around the same percentage as before. I do not want to disrupt your game, but if you were planning on tagging at the end of this turn anyway, then I am interested in seeing if the COP appears correctly at the start of your next turn.

I was trying to figure out if there's some way that some value didn't get passed correctly when EF-2000 Typhoon did a tag. I heard that bad things can happen when doing turns while AWBW does it's nightly stuff, and EF-2000 Typhoon tagged around that time. If the problem corrected itself, then we can almost completely rule this out since fixing itself would require that this bug was triggered exactly twice. Or four times, or whatever. Which is unlikely, since EF-2000 Typhoon only swapped once around that time on Day 3.

If the problem does not continue, then I am still lost on this and will keep thinking about this problem.

Until this is solved, if anyone else encounters this bug, and would not be inconvenienced by pausing the game, can you message me the game_id before continuing? I want to solve this, but I am unable to recreate this bug on purpose so far. I must see another game that has triggered this bug to deduce the factor that I am not yet seeing.

When this happens, I may require some assistance from someone who knows how to calculate what power levels are supposed to be at. With a paused game, I intend to document all power charging/depleting actions, and I need to know if the percentage being shown on the game page is actually correct, so that, if this is not already known, we will know whether or not the problem is that the COP is not selectable when it should be, or if the COP really shouldn't be selectable but the CO bar itself is wrong.

So far I'm not getting blocked using my powers. Also I've observed that I can SCOP with kanbei even if another kanbei has SCOP'd even though I cannot COP with colin if someone COP/SCOP's. Also sorry but I cannot switch to colin right now as I'm not in the mood to receive extra damage from 4 battleships.

Makes sense... that's fine then, I'll wait for someone else to hit this bug. Considering I keep seeing posts about how bugged tag games are, it shouldn't take too long for it to happen again anyway.


Hey Glenstorm or someone else who can do something about this, I have an idea, just in case this bug turns out to be related to doing stuff during the server's busy time, and since other problems happen around that, how about displaying some kind of warning message at the top of the game.php page that appears during the usual time that the heavy server stuff happens, saying that bad stuff like this may happen if players do their turns during this time? Is that a good idea?

Actually I had this problem once or twice too. It wouldnt be such a big deal but I didnt even mean for it to be a tag match, it just became one on its own.
